It’s time to prioritize you.

I became a therapist to help people navigate life’s most challenging moments. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, and I believe in meeting you where you are. We’ll define success based on what feels meaningful to you. After all, you are the expert in your own life—sometimes we just need a bit of support to untangle it all and find healing, meaning, and connection.

My work is rooted in the goal of achieving deep, long-term healing of the whole self. With a focus on empathy, connection, and humor, I aim to be an anchor during life’s storms. Our past experiences shape the way we move through and perceive the world today, and together we can explore how those influences show up in your present.

I am a sex-positive, LGBTQ+, and trauma informed therapist specializing in supporting individuals through life transitions and stressors. I have thorough experience in helping clients struggling with anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. Another passion of mine is helping womxn navigate pregnancy-related challenges including the perinatal/postpartum time and the following parental journey.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, weightlifting, cooking, and cheering on the Eagles.
