Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are looking for a way forward. Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially when things have been difficult for a while, and I focus on creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to begin making sense of what you are going through.

I specialize in working with adolescents, emerging adults, and men, particularly around depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and life transitions. These experiences can feel intense and isolating, and I aim to meet you with both compassion and honesty. Together, we work toward building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you feel more grounded and in control of your life. I also work closely with families and parents to improve communication and create a stronger sense of stability and support at home.

In couples therapy and coparenting work, I help partners move out of patterns of conflict and disconnection and toward more secure, collaborative relationships. Whether you are navigating ongoing arguments, trust concerns, or the challenges of coparenting, we will work on slowing things down, communicating more effectively, and developing a deeper understanding of each other.

My approach is grounded in a systemic perspective, which means I look at how your relationships, history, and environment all play a role in shaping your experiences. I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of connection, and I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to explore, challenge patterns, and grow.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches including family systems therapy, Emotion-focused couples therapy, and skills-based interventions, and I tailor the work to fit your goals and what matters most to you.
