TRAUMA THERAPY

Trauma can deeply impact our way of functioning in the world, deterioriating our physical health, sense of self, relationships, and ability to move through the world freely and safely. While healing from trauma can feel like a solo journey, we know connection with others, reflection in safe spaces, and a sense of belonging within community are sustainable antidotes to overcoming the effects of trauma. All of our therapists are have a trauma-informed practice, and we are increasingly able to offer evidence-based trauma therapy.
