SHE/HER
Are you struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, or navigating life transitions? I’m Bridget McCabe, a Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience helping teens, young adults, and college-age women work through challenges and embrace meaningful change. Whether you’re dealing with social pressures, relational issues, or substance use, I provide a warm and collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences and take steps toward healing.

My expertise includes treating Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Substance Use Disorder, and self-esteem issues. I also specialize in working with individuals facing relational challenges or managing the complexities of life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and internal family systems (IFS), all while ensuring a trauma-informed and culturally humble perspective.

As a sex-positive, gender-affirming, and queer-affirming therapist, I create a safe, inclusive space for you to explore your identity and relationships. I believe healing is a relational process, and I’m here to support you in understanding the stories you tell about yourself and how they impact your life. Together, we’ll rewrite these narratives to empower you to step into your full potential.

If you’re ready to feel more confident, improve your relationships, and navigate life with greater ease, I’d love to help.

Outside of therapy, you can find me practicing yoga, baking, cooking, writing, or enjoying a good book.
