Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Certified Family Constellations Facilitator

I believe that every part of us has a place in our story. Healing becomes possible when we feel seen, supported, and able to explore the systems that have shaped us. In my work, I hold a holistic and relational lens, helping individuals, couples, and families understand how their histories, identities, and relationships influence the patterns they experience today. My goal is to help clients navigate change with more clarity, connection, and compassion.

My path into therapy grew from a deep interest in the mind-body connection. I began my career as a licensed massage therapist and eventually built a multi-location group practice. Over time, I became curious about how emotional experiences and relational wounds live in the body. This led me to transition into coaching, where I supported clients in both personal and professional growth. Through my training as a Family Constellations Facilitator, I developed a profound appreciation for intergenerational healing and the idea that everyone in a family system belongs.

These experiences ultimately brought me to the field of marriage and family therapy. I am particularly drawn to working with clients who want to explore relationship challenges, intergenerational trauma, identity development, and major life transitions. I approach therapy with warmth, deep respect, and a belief that people have an incredible capacity for growth when given the space to be fully themselves.

Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in painting, dancing salsa with my husband, and spending time with my beloved shih-tzu, Chico Stanley Tucci. Creativity, movement, and connection anchor me, and I bring that same grounded presence into my work with clients.
