I offer a grounded and collaborative approach to therapy that supports both insight and practical change. I work with individuals and couples navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

Therapy with me is thoughtful, direct, and supportive. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, understand emotional and relational patterns, and develop tools that lead to meaningful and lasting growth. My work is rooted in systemic and trauma-informed care, recognizing how personal history, relationships, and nervous system responses shape present-day struggles.

I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, as well as couples experiencing communication breakdowns, conflict, trust concerns, or emotional distance. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman Method to support emotional regulation, healing from trauma, and healthier relational dynamics. My approach is flexible and tailored, allowing therapy to meet clients where they are while still offering structure and direction.

I view therapy as a process of self-discovery and empowerment. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress such as trauma responses, neurodivergent stressors, or relational cycles and develop new ways of responding with clarity, confidence, and compassion. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded in themselves and more connected in their relationships.

Outside of clinical work, I enjoy cooking, painting, and spending time outdoors, which help me stay grounded and creative. I am deeply committed to ongoing learning and professional growth, and I bring that dedication into my work to provide ethical, thoughtful, and effective care.
