SHE/HER

Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania

Certified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT- tapping)

I come to this work with a background in healthcare and social services, where I spent several years supporting individuals through complex and often overwhelming life experiences. My work has included roles in sexual health education, medical case management, and supporting individuals navigating serious health conditions. These experiences shaped my understanding of how deeply connected our minds, bodies, and relationships are, especially during times of stress, illness, and transition.

I am a Latina and Jewish, cisgender bisexual woman, and the daughter of an immigrant. These parts of my identity inform how I show up in the therapy room and how I understand the role of culture, community, and lived experience in shaping who we are.

I became a therapist to help people better understand the connection between mind, body, and relationships, and to support them in making meaningful, courageous changes in their lives. It is a privilege to witness the full range of what my clients bring into the room—pain, joy, and everything in between.

My approach is grounded in systemic thinking, meaning I consider not just the individual, but the broader relational, cultural, and social contexts that shape each person’s experience. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, deepen insight, and move toward change that feels authentic and sustainable.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. I’m particularly interested in supporting clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, and the impact of health-related experiences.

Outside of my work, I prioritize self-care by spending time in nature—especially near water—and moving my body through strength training. I also believe in the healing power of karaoke and in the kind of connection that comes from singing alongside others in community.
