Drexel Masters Student in Marriage and Family Therapy
HE/ HIM
Therapy is a healing process that can be life-changing, offering space for personal growth, emotional resilience, and transformation. As a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at Waterloo Therapy Group, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical tools. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.

As a cisgender gay male, I understand the complexities of navigating identity, overcoming societal barriers, and fostering self-acceptance. These experiences have shaped my perspective and deepened my empathy for clients from all walks of life. I am especially committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, offering trauma-informed care, and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health. My goal is to empower clients to embrace their unique strengths and build fulfilling connections in their relationships and communities.

I take a systemic approach to therapy, focusing on understanding clients within the context of their relationships, environment, and personal experiences. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and other mental health concerns. Whether you’re working through anxiety, trauma, identity challenges, or relationship stress, I strive to meet you where you are and provide strategies tailored to your needs and goals.

In our sessions, I aim to be fully present and create a collaborative space where you feel safe to explore and grow. From the first session onward, I focus on building trust and helping clients discover new ways to manage stress, improve communication, and foster emotional balance. Therapy isn’t just about addressing challenges—it’s about finding opportunities for healing and transformation.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I stay grounded through hobbies that bring me joy and renewal. I love journaling as a way to reflect and process, spending time outdoors with my goldendoodle, and running along the Schuylkill River Trail. These activities keep me energized and inspire me to bring my best self to every session.

If you’re seeking support for anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, or relationship challenges, I’d be honored to join you on your journey toward healing and personal growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I look forward to working with you to uncover your strengths and move toward the life you want to create.
